Instead of showing Design Journal 1 for his 1st project, DJ-2 for the 3rd Project(Discussing Things) is shown to the left above. Karam chose to redesign his 3rd project for the final and 4th Project (Putting a Thing Back Together, Better). The text shows that Karam has already defined a problem: does the attending physician notify police when a patient involved in a automotive accident arrives drunk to the emergency room? Then, he includes a brief outline to keep him accountable for the parts of the essay he will have to write.
