As students moved through a gallery walk of Noelle’s work, they provided an audio reflection of each painting exhibited around the classroom space. here, in video 4, the painting “a woman’s backbones of peace,” is explained in terms of Noelle’s artistic inspiration and personal identity.

audience participation & discussion
Instead of simply prompting the audience to share their responses and reactions verbally, Noelle asked that viewers place Post-Its on her person that responded to how the performance made them feel. Noelle also invited viewers to share moments of connection and experiences that were related.
